“All issues I had resolved in a timely manner. Job completed and I would recommend.”Nancy R.Tacoma Homeowner
“Richard, Cody and Tyler of R&R Foundation Specialists did a great job lifting the foundation of our house. They were courteous, professional, on time and always kept me informed as to what they were working on on any given day. They completed the work on time. Made sure to clean up afterward and were very careful to keep things clean on the inside by laying down plastic. They did a very thorough job and I highly recommend R&R Foundation Specialist”Judy NoelTacoma Homeowner
“Our home was settling so we had R & R come out to help stabilize the foundation so it wouldn't sink any further and cause issues for us in the long run. Tony was the sales rep we worked with. He was flexible and always available for questions. I think the biggest thing is permits take forever. We had hoped to start our foundation work by the beginning of the year however due to permits and schedules we didn't get the foundation work completed until before memorial day weekend. I believe we had 14 total helical piles installed and foam/lifting in some areas. It took about 1.5 weeks to complete and required a lot more deep excavation than expected so the price was higher than originally estimated. James and his team were wonderful to work with. It was nice that he kept us constantly updated and aware with what is going on, etc. Thanks so much everyone for your help!”Jodie LeTacoma Homeowner
“From the estimate to the completion of service we have had a very rewarding experience with this company. Mike and his crew were prompt, professional, personable and informative. All of our questions were answered and all services were delivered as promised. They did an excellent job elevating our foundation and cleaning up afterwards. They were very careful not to disturb those of us working from home while they worked. I am highly recommending this company and would definitely call them again if the need arose. Great job folks.”AnonymousTacoma Homeowner
“Our experience with R&R Foundation Specialists was just amazing. During the whole process of getting our foundation put on pilings, which was disruptive to our family, the local foreman was very sensitive to our requests and instructed his crew to be very respectful to us and our needs. R&R even rented a port-a-potty, at their own cost, to honor our privacy and maintain the cleanliness of the part of our house we were living in while the work was being completed. I cannot say enough about the skill and professionalism the crew did with the installation. The foreman was always looking for ways to make sure they were not doing anything that was not necessary that would add cost, and even saved us some cost in the process of doing this, while still maintaining the structural integrity of the job that they guaranteed. R&R was not the cheapest choice that we could have made for fixing our foundation, but also not the most expensive. We would recommend R&R to ANYONE who needs their foundation fixed as I think their professionally engineered solutions are excellent in terms of design and selected materials, and their crews have the skill to implement the design correctly and were very respectful. My hat is off to R&R! Great Job!!!”Kathy NaultTacoma Homeowner
“We had a big job for R&R and they really delivered. The foreman Mike was great, taking the time to walk through things and give different options when issues were discovered. They finished faster than expected and did a great job with the repair and cleanup.”David KutalekTacoma Homeowner
“Every single individual involved in our project was personable, professional, responsive and easy to work with. They made a project with a cringeworthy price tag easier to bear :). The on-site crew was conscientious about safety not only for themselves and my family but also for the 4-legged members of my family. They kept the work area clean and clear of debris and covered the holes with plywood when they were not on site. The overall result of the job was everything we hoped. All and all a very good experience. Thank you.”Mary OppermanTacoma Homeowner
“I had piers put in and the house lifted a bit. It was a huge invasive job as the holes had to be dug inside the house because of how the house is situated. They were jackhammering and digging downstairs while I lived and worked upstairs. I was prepared to move out, but surprisingly I didn't have to. Sure it was noisy, but not as bad as I expected. The crew was respectful, the foreman Jake was great and the whole thing was easier to deal with than I thought it would be. They handled the permitting, engineers and concrete - one stop shop. And now my house is stable and I can focus on some cosmetic remodeling.”Jessica DismanTacoma Homeowner
If your foundation is settling, broken, leaning, or unstable, our foundation system is the answer. At R&R Foundation Specialist, we have worked on countless homes around the Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett areas, ensuring our clients’ homes regain the necessary stability that is threatened when your foundation settles, cracks, or breaks. If you are experiencing cracks in concrete walls, or floors that flex or are not level, your foundation may be in need of proper repair and restoration services.
Most foundation damage occurs when the soil, upon which the foundation was poured, settles. Our system drives steel piers all the way down to solid bedrock, which then push your foundation back up to its original level where it belongs. We’ve invested in the foundation-leveling industry’s most effective equipment, which aids us in providing a solution for just about any condition.
The ability to add strength to a crack repair has significant benefits. Once a crack develops and moisture is able to get to the reinforcing steel, corrosion can begin. As corrosion progresses, it worsens the condition of the concrete around the reinforcing steel. In order to repair these areas, the deteriorated concrete needs to be removed and the rebar corrosion needs to be addressed. If the rebar corrosion process is not completely stopped, the expansion of the steel can cause the patch to fail. One method to reinforce cracks related to corroded rebar is to wrap the repaired areas with a bi-directional carbon fiber. This will provide confining strength over the repair and make up for any section loss due to corrosion.
We use a special carbon fiber application designed specifically for strengthening of concrete and masonry corners. Foundation corners often require repair and reinforcement. If rebar is missing, damaged, or deteriorated, carbon fiber can be added to an existing structure in order to provide the necessary tensile capacities related to a specific load pattern.

At R&R Foundation Specialist, we offer advanced Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) solutions to repair, reinforce, strengthen and stabilize foundations, interior walls, retaining walls, commercial structures, and even parking garages. CFRP is a lightweight, high-strength material that provides exceptional structural support, making it an ideal solution for foundation repairs.
Our unique carbon fiber applications can strengthen, support, and preserve concrete and masonry. Carbon fiber systems allow us to transfer loads to the structural element by bonding the fibers.
CFRP is particularly effective in preventing foundation cracks, bowing walls, and other types of structural damage caused by soil pressure, water infiltration, and other environmental factors. Each tow used contains 12,000 filaments of carbon fiber. When the fabric is placed in tension, each of the 12,000 continuous filaments is loaded simultaneously, giving it an enormous amount of strength.
The use of CFRP for foundation repairs offers several advantages over traditional repair methods, including its durability, flexibility, and easy installation process. CFRP also provides long-lasting results, making it a cost-effective solution for homeowners.
Our team of experts is equipped with the latest tools and technology to ensure the highest quality of CFRP installation services. We conduct a thorough evaluation of the foundation to determine the best repair solution, and our technicians work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
If you’re experiencing foundation problems and need a reliable and long-lasting solution, contact RR Foundation today to learn more about our CFRP solutions. We offer comprehensive foundation repair services, including pier and beam foundation repair, slab foundation repair, and more.
